Property Description

Luxury home with 270-degree view. Unlike any other in the are oriented to the west and east, sunrises and sunsets are a daily joy.Every bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a private patio. This design ensures that no matter where you are in the home, you will have breathtaking unobstructed views, in the private setting of one of the most luxurious homes in Manuel Antonio.Luna de Plata is an absolutely amazing home!Three of the four suites have a private ocean view balcony, while the HUGE Owner's Suite has access to a pool and mountain views. The kitchen and Owner's Suite were recently remodeled in late 2023, improving this already incredible home. Suite #1: Owner's Suite - located on the main floor, along with the kitchen, living room, dining room and two balconies. This spacious suite has air conditioning, patio access that leads to the swimming pool and pool deck and bathtub.Suite #2/Penthouse: The top floor of Luna de Plata is amazing. There is a large ocean view roof top patio with hot-tub/Jacuzzi. The Suite itself is spacious with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, air conditioning. Suites #3 & #4: Located on the bottom floor of the home. Each of these luxury suites have king-size beds, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms, ocean view patios. One out of the two bedrooms has a tub in the in-suite bathroom.Please note: Due to the home's modern design, it may not be suitable for young children. There are steps throughout the property, multiple terraces, an infinity pool, and the property has not been child-proofed. Children under the age of twelve (12) are not allowed in the home. Also it is not suitable for people with limited mobility and those who find challenging going up and downstairs frequently.Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 mg)Coffee filtersCooking oilDish soap (sink)Dish cleaning sponge Starter set of dishwasher soap (if applicable)Salt PepperPaper towels or NapkinsShampoo in every showerSoap in every showerHand soap at every sinkStart set of laundry detergentToilet paperOne box of Kleenex per bathroomTrash bagsIf Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for it.

Access

Guests will meet with a representative from Osa Property Management at check-in. They will show guests the home and answer any questions guests may have. After check-in, guests will have 24-hour access to the home.

Transit

A 4x4 vehicle is required to access Casa Luna de Plata.Quepos and Manuel Antonio do not have UBER. However, many taxis are available and can pick you up directly at the driveway of the home - day and night.The fastest way to get to Manuel Antonio from the San Jose international airport is to take a regional flight from Sansa or charter a private plane. They leave directly from SJO at the local terminal and land in Quepos, which is an easy 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio.The Concierge service from Osa Property Management will help you decide and coordinate the transportation that is the best fit for you and your guests.

Interaction

The Osa Property Management team of Concierges and Vacation Coordinators will contact you after you have booked a reservation and start your pre-arrival planning.Together they will discuss transportation (to-and-from the airport, rental vehicle while in Manuel Antonio), arrange all excursions/tours/activities with certified and reputable companies, coordinate a private chef, any small event, procure that your special requested items are available at the Property upon your arrival (beer, water, snacks, etc.), includes all other requests to ensure your vacation stay is nothing short of relaxing and stress-free.If you don't want to drive in San Jose or drive to the home, we can secure a private shuttle for just you and your guests that will pick you up right outside Customs at the airport, and drive you to the home or book you a domestic flight into Quepos that will make your drive to the house less than 15 min!The Concierge will make sure you have a wonderful luxury vacation in Manuel Antonio and during your entire time in Costa Rica.

Neighbourhood

Perfectly located in some of the highest points of Manuel Antonio, but only a short drive away from the heart and the energy of everything Manuel Antonio has to offer. Its world-famous National Park (as seen on NatGeo, The Travel Channel, and just about every other travel show) is also a short car trip away. The beach town of Manuel Antonio is a beach town located on the Pacific side and is just a two-and-a-half-hour drive from Costa Ricas San Jose international airport.

Space

Casa Luna de Plata is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have exclusive access to all spaces of the home. It is necessary to climb stairs to get from one floor to the next. The bottom floor has two suites, the middle floor has one suite, the kitchen, living room, large patio, and terrace, and the upper floor has its own suite. There is a large pool, sun deck, and Rancho.
