Access

Guests will be escorted to the home by an Osa Property Management / Costa Rica Las Villas representative for check-in. The property is gated and Guests will receive a remote control for the gate and an access code for the front door on the day of check-in.

Transit

Any SUV or 4x4 will easily arrive to the home. Most homes in this area require a 4x4 vehicle, but this is one of the few luxury homes in this area that a 4x4 vehicle is NOT necessary.

Interaction

Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available throughout the day and in the event of emergencies. Our full-time concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed.There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services. We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the areas best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.

Neighbourhood

The home is located in the mountains above Dominicalito, and located between Dominical and Uvita. Just minutes from local restaurants, grocery store and souvenirs. Some of the world's best surfing, and the famous beach town of Dominical is less than 10 minutes away.Uvita's famous Marino Ballena National Park, and the 'Whale's Tail' beach is 20 minutes to the south. The property is located approximately 3 hours from Juan Santamaria/San Jose International airport (airport code: SJO). Guests may also prefer for our Concierge to line up a flight from San Jose to Quepos, about 45 minutes from the property.
