Listen to the ocean waves from your one-bedroom, fully-equipped, villa. The views are spectacular! Gated community. Minutes from the beach and from Dominical. The bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and patio access to the private plunge swimming pool. NOTE: The home is on a mountain, and Guests will need to walk 87 steps down to the property from the parking lot. Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management/Costa Rica Las Villas will have the following provided:Full bag of Costa Rican coffee (250 mgs)Starter set of dishwasher soap One box of Kleenex per bathroomDish cleaning sponge Shampoo in every showerSoap in every showerHand soap at every sinkStart set of laundry detergentCoffee filtersCooking oilDish soap (sink)PepperPaper towelsNapkinsToilet paperTrash bagsSalt If Guests require more of the above, they are responsible for it. Our concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed.There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services. We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the areas best tours, private chef and dinner reservations. Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in. Osa Property Management will also be available from 8 am - 5 pm via group chat. Messages sent after 5 pm will be addressed the following morning starting at 8 am.
