Property Description

Guests and families love this Ojochal home. Wonderfully located minutes from restaurants, beaches and waterfall. Private pool with outdoor seating. Easy access (no 4x4 vehicle needed). Well-equipped kitchen. Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas are two nearby beaches. Volunteer at the local turtle reserve. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. Access

Guests will meet with Osa Property Management Team Member for check-in at a predetermined location and then be escorted to the home. After check-in, guests have unrestricted 24 hour access.

Transit

The home is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle. Ojochal does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available. The roads to the home are paved except for the last 30 meters. Please contact Osa Property Management if you would like to secure private transportation during your time at this wonderful property,

Interaction

Osa Property Managements Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or one of the local regional airports. Palmar Sur is closest (~30 minutes) and has one flight per day in/out of San Jose, while Quepos is approximately 45 minutes from Ojochal and has multiple flights per day on either Sansa Airlines or private charters. We will arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.

Neighbourhood

Villa Jbilo is located in Ojochal and is known as one of the best foodie towns in all of Costa Rica (the most well known restaurants are Exotica and Citrus). Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas and Playa Tortuga, great and beautiful beaches. Be sure to visit Playa Ventanas, famous for its sea caves. For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacifics only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 8 minute drive south from the Ojochal entrance.Villa Jubil is part of Ojochal's newest residential development in the area.

Space

The home and the pool are for the exclusive use of guests at Villa Jubil. There are no shared spaces. Villa Jubilo comfortable sleeps up to six (6) guests with a king-sized bed in the Owner's Suite (en suite bathroom) and two other bedrooms, Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and Bedroom #3 has two single beds - perfect for groups with kids or with non-couples traveling together. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In addition, there are ceiling fans throughout the common area ensuring constant fresh mountain air is circulated throughout the home. The kitchen, living room and outdoor living space all flow easily due to the open floorplan. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure that Guests have everything they need to prepare their own meals (or have the concierge line up a chef for you). The back patio has views of the mountains that surround Ojochal, a private swimming pool and a covered patio, providing year-round enjoyment. In the afternoon, be sure to have your camera and cell phone ready to record the scarlet macaws feasting on the almond tree on the property (we can't guarantee they will be there however, most days they are). The living room has a 50-inch SmartTV connected to the internet so guests can enjoy their favorite streaming platform.Owner's Suite has a 43-inch SmartTV (Guests will need to have their own credentials for Netflix, YouTube, AmazonPrime). For those working or "attending" class, there is a dedicated desk space. On-site laundry is available to use (no charge). There is space for two vehicles in the driveway (room for one vehicle to be in the covered garage).
