Property Description

Veni Vidi Beachy is the perfect place to enjoy a 30A vacation. A short walk takes you to the heated resort-style community swimming pool, a four-story observation tower with views of the gulf, hot tub, loungers, and a dining and grilling area.

A 6-seater complimentary golf cart will take you to the beach in just minutes. The Point Washington State Forest offers several loop trails that can be used for hiking, biking, or just enjoying the wildlife.

After a day of fun and sun, take a look at the unique backyard. It features a water fountain, a dining area, gas grill, and fire pit.

The open living and dining areas are spacious and welcoming. There is a 75a Smart TV and Blue Ray player, as well as a wide selection DVDs. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features premium stainless-steel appliances and a stand-alone, dual-control wine fridge.

A king-sized bedroom is down the hall. It has a dual vanity, walk in shower, soaking bathtub, spacious closet and a private balcony. Upstairs you will find a second primary bedroom, a king, a guestroom, queen, and a bunkroom with private balcony. A foosball table is also available! The bonus area in the center will keep the kids happy.

From December 1st to January 10th, festive Christmas decorations set the scene for fun with family and friends. This stunning retreat in 30A is the perfect place to start a new holiday tradition.
