Property Description

La Mer-Athon, a charming neighborhood in Blue Mountain Beach, is both inside and outside. The center of this unique space is the private pool (heat optional). The large pool house has a hanging daybed, a firepit with seating for four and a Delta Heat grill. It also includes a refrigerator, large TV, and a large fridge. A dining table is also available next to the water.

The first-floor living and dining area are a delight with custom finishes and ten-foot ceilings. The large TV in the living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The dining area has a large farmhouse dining table that can seat up to six people. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, KitchenAid small appliance, and a built in desk. It also has an ice maker, wine refrigerator, and a wine fridge.

A guest bedroom, a queen-sized room with a marble-tiled bathroom and a view overlooking the pool is located down the hall. Upstairs is a large aparent suitea for kings with a coffee bar, separate bunk rooms, and wrap-around balcony. The second suite is a sitting area with a marble-tiled bathroom and a balcony that overlooks pool. In addition to the full-sized washer/dryer in the two-car garage, a stacked washer/dryer is available nearby. Don't forget to use the six-passenger cart and three bikes.
