Property Description

This stunning home is nestled between the trees on a beautifully landscaped lot and offers Old Seagrove's charm and nature. This stunning retreat has a private resort-style swimming pool with a gas grill, gas fire pit, comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table.

The ceilings are stunning and grace the entire first floor living area. The gourmet-style kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances. The pool is accessible from the living room with its large TV.

A primary suite, king with dual vanity and walk-in bathtub, is down the hall. Two additional guest bedrooms are located below, each with king beds, private baths, and walk in showers.

The second-floor bunk room has three full-sized bunk beds. It also features a private bathroom and large walk in shower. The lounge area is the highlight of the second floor, with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart TV.

The house elevator takes guests to the fourth floor, where they can enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and stunning sunsets. You can walk or bike to the beach in just two blocks. It is also a short 10-minute walk from Seaside. We hope to see you soon!
