Hummingbird Cottage at Sugarwood Beach is a peaceful retreat at the end of quiet cul-de­sac. A screened porch welcomes everyone with a dining table, lots of seating, and a kitchenette.

Bright and colorful, the ground floor living area features a fireplace, an adjoining eating room, and a gourmet chef's kitchen through the arches. The primary suite, a king size, has a cozy sitting area and en suite bathroom. It also comes with a private porch. The laundry-mud area leads to the backyard, which is surrounded by trees.

The stair-landing area has a nice collection patriotic art. The second-floor queen guest room features charming hummingbird decor, while the bunk room has nautical themes. The rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, but each have their own vanities.

The carriage house above the garage has a queen bed and a full kitchen. It is ideal for two additional guests who need privacy. South Walton is full of excitement. Then, return to tranquility at the charming Hummingbird Cottage.
