Property Description

This charming beach cottage is located in The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach. It is a quiet, gated community with charming, coastal homes that are accented with upscale details. The Hammocks has 2 community pools and a private nature boardwalk which provides access to Western Lake.

8 Bramble Lane is a beautiful and welcoming home. The large chefas kitchen has professional-grade appliances and ample workspace. The farmhouse dining table seats 8 people, while the large kitchen island can seat 3. The living room on the first floor has comfortable seating and a large television.

The primary suite, a king size, is also located on the first floor. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A queen-sized guest room has a shared bathroom.

The second floor has an additional living space with a TV, a TV and a sleeper sofa. There is seating for everyone. It shares a full bathroom (tub/shower combination) with a third guest bedroom, a king.

The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach are a short walk of.4 miles to the Scenic 395 Beach Access.
