The private pool outside is very inviting. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy a large Green Egg Grill. The screened-in porch is located over the pool area. This space has a hanging daybed and can be accessed via the French doors from the living room.

The interior is bright and charming with high-end finishes. There are hickory hardwood floors throughout, 10' ceilings on each level, and quartz countertops in both the bathrooms and the gourmet kitchen. The large dining area seats 8.

A nearby primary suite, king, features a private bathroom with large walk in shower and dual vanity. A second floor has a king-sized primary suite. It includes a private bath with large walk-in shower and a large soaking bathtub. The suite also features a private balcony. The third guest room, a king, has a private balcony that overlooks the pool and shares a full bath. The fourth guest room features two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds), and a shared bathroom.
