Property Description

The cottage is ultra-charming and can comfortably accommodate 12. The beautiful, traditional lake house is perfectly complemented by modern, colorful accents.

The open living, dining and kitchen area are spacious but cozy. A sectional sofa is positioned in front of a smart TV with DVD. The dining table seats six people, and the island has five more. Granite countertops, a dual fuel range and custom cabinets with matching refrigerators and dishwasher complete the gourmet kitchen. It is very nice.

The iron king bed in the primary bedroom faces an armoire that conceals a TV and DVD. The large walk-in tub has a bench seat, dual vanity and a large shower. A guest bedroom with queen size bed is located down the hall. It has a TV/DVD and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Upstairs, there is a guest bedroom with a queen and a bedroom that has two sets of twin bunks. Both rooms share a hall bath with walk-in shower and TVs/DVDs. The carriage house, which was recently completed, is charming, bright, and modern. The queen-sized bedroom in the primary bedroom opens onto the living room and efficiency kit.

Additional perks: Large porches, plenty of outdoor seating, and an outdoor firepit to create family memories around the fire. The community recreation area, which includes The Frog Pool is only a block away.
