Property Description

The large, custom-designed home makes a great family retreat. It is beautiful decorated. A large, open porch at the front offers plenty of comfortable seating. Large sleeping swings are available on all porches. They are perfect for afternoon reading, napping, or enjoying a drink.

The open floor plan inside is stunning. The living room on the first floor has a TV, DVD, stereo and wet bar. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a center islands, and a breakfast bar seat 5 are some of the features found in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area is spacious and features a banquette table and plush window seating.

The primary bedroom, a king size, is located nearby and has a TV as well as plenty of bright, open windows. The private bath has a double vanity, separate shower and large seat in the shower.

The second floor houses the first guest room, a king-sized, with a TV and a walk-in closet. The private bath has a double vanity, separate shower with large seat and a jetted bathtub. The second guest room has 2 queen beds and a bath. The charming third guest room features 2 sets of twin bunk beds, 2 full-sized beds, and a TV. A second bath has a single vanity, and a shower with seating area.

A second floor area features a comfortable sofa and a TV. Enjoy the built-in barbecue area with table and umbrella out back. You will all love your stay at 163 Pond Cypress Way.
