Park Place is located next to the beautiful Cerulean Park, just a block away from the beach. It is also only 300 steps (.15 miles) from the WaterColor Inn & Resort. Only a short bike ride takes you to Seaside, a charming town known for its kitschy houses, outdoor movie and concert events, and variety in dining.

The condo has been recently redecorated and is both casually chic and stylish. The condo was designed by a local 30A artist. A local a30A Stylea photographer selected several pieces.

The living room has been updated with a queen-sleeper sofa and a 65" TV. It also opens onto a porch that overlooks the park and pond, where you can dine alfresco under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy. The first floor also includes a charming primary bedroom with a jetted tub and a guest bedroom with a full bath.
