Property Description

Serenity is your home. A luxurious home in beautiful Rosemary Beach. It is located between Inlet Beach and Alys Beach at the east end on Scenic Highway 30A.

The stunning house is located across the street from Rosemary Beach Fitness Center with indoor pool and tennis courts. You can enjoy all that Rosemary Beach offers within walking distance.

The living space is spacious and open. The fully-equipped kitchen is equally impressive, featuring high-end appliances as well as a wine fridge.

The second floor houses a primary bedroom for kings, with a gas fireplace, large walk-in closet, and impressive bath. Down the hall is a queen-sized guest room with private bath. The third floor leads to a unique landing with a sleeper sofa and study area. The adjacent room, a guest bedroom, queen, has a shared bathroom.

To the rear, there are stairs that lead to an adorable carriage home, complete with a primary bedroom, king and a fully equipped kitchen.

This unique courtyard is upscale. You may never want to leave the property with its private heated dipping pool and green egg grill as well as a large outdoor seating area.
