The first floor of this beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2-story home features a bright, open living-dining and kitchen area. The second floor features three bedrooms, including the king-sized primary bedroom. It also has its own balcony/deck and private bath. A guest room with king size bed has a shared bathroom. The third bedroom features a bunk bed with full-size mattress.

Additional amenities include an outdoor dining area, a grill, small office, and a nearby community swimming pool.
