On the second floor, a chefs kitchen anchors the space, with plenty of room to cook and a dining table that seats twenty without squeezing. The living room feels grand but still cozy, with a gas fireplace and seating for everyone. Two primary bedrooms are also on this level.

The third floor adds another living area, two more primary suites, and a guest room with a queen bed and two bunks, ideal for mixed groups or families traveling together.

Then theres the rooftop. An expansive space, youll love the covered outdoor kitchen, dining area, and lounge seating set the scene for long evenings, ocean air, and wide views.

Outside, two natural gas grills handle dinner, and the private pool handles everything else. Six bikes and a golf cart make getting around simple. Ride one of the complimentary bikes over to nearby restaurants, ice cream spots, and local favorites: a definite trip highlight.

From the house, head right on 30A, turn right at Gulfview Heights Street by Goatfeathers, and follow it to the end.
