Vacation starts at The Blue Pearl. This spacious three-story home in gated Cypress Breeze gives your crew plenty of room to hang out, spread out, and settle into 30A life. There are multiple living areas, a cozy fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Out back, the private heated pool and screened-in space make a pretty strong case for staying home all day.

When the beach wins the daily debate, hop in the included six-seater golf cart, or on a bike(!), and make the roughly three-minute ride to Ed Walline Beach Access, where golf cart parking is available.

Inside, the kitchen is ready for a crowd, with plenty of room to keep everyone fed and a second refrigerator in the guest-accessible garage for extra groceries, drinks, and, naturally, snacks.
