Just 1.6 miles up Little Lake Road, east of Highway 1, this vacation rental is a short drive (or a longer walk) to downtown Mendocino, an ideal blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Mendocino’s restaurants, cultural events, and coastal trails.

Play at Big River Beach or stroll along the stunning coastline as you window-shop, then find sustenance at the fabulous local restaurants, where you will discover delicious dishes. Or you can take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable deck, and ample space and seating to serve up a cozy and fun night in.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, oven, 6-top Kenmore gas stove, dishwasher, pantry, and cabinets, as well as a kitchen island with bar seating. The house also features a dining room with seating for six a living room with comfy couch, chairs, and fireplace, and a small loft that’s perfect for children looking to survey their kingdom.
