The large gourmet kitchen, perfect for the chef at heart, includes upscale stainless appliances including an extra large Subzero refrigerator, two sinks, Keurig and two coffeemakers, two dishwashers and a wet bar overlooking the dining area.

A first floor master suite includes custom cabinetry, private Gulf front balcony, walk-in closet, and a room-sized, spa-like master bath with “wet room” featuring a rainfall shower and garden tub. The master suite also has a new 55" Smart TV.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, two with private Gulf front balconies, and a sitting area overlooking the first floor and open to gorgeous Gulf views. All decks and beach walkways have been replaced with Trex composite decking.
