LAST NIGHT I DREMPT THAT I WAS BACK AT 1311 ARIOLA ENJOYING THE WONDERFUL SALT WATER SWIMMING POOL, BEAUTIFUL YARD, AND EASY BEACH ACCESS. THE MEMORIES THAT OUR FAMILY CREATED DURING OUR WEEK IN THE PROPERTY LAST SUMMER WILL BE WITH US FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES. WITH 6 FULL SIZE BEDROOMS, 3 CUBBY BEDROOMS AND 6.5 BATHS THIS HOME ACCOMMODATED OUR ENTIRE EXTENDED FAMILY AND WE DIDN’T FEEL LIKE WE WERE ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. WITH OVER 5000 SQUARE FEET OF LIVING SPACE THERE IS PLENTY OF SPACE TO SPREAD OUT AND RELAX.

THE GREAT ROOM AREA ON THE MAIN LEVEL FEATURES A LARGE LIVING AREA WITH 3 SOFAS, AN OVERSIZED DINING AND A LARGE KITCHEN WITH ABUNDANT PREPERATION SPACE. THE MAIN LEVEL ALSO FEATURES A LARGE PRIMARY BEDROOM WITH ONSUITE BATH, TWO ADDITIONAL KING BEDROOMS WITH PRIVATE BATHS AND ONE DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM WITH PRIVATE BATH. THE LAUNDRY ROOM AND ½ BATH WITH EXTERIOR DOOR FOR EASY ACCESS FROM POOL COMPLETE THIS FLOOR.

THE TOP FLOOR OFFERS AN ADDITIONAL 30 FOOT BY 40 FOOT LIVING AREA COMPLETE WITH SEATING AREA, DINING SPACE AND MUTIPLE DAY BEDS. THIS LEVEL ALSO HAS TWO ADDITIONAL FULL SIZE BEDROOMS EACH WITH TWO QUEEN BEDS AND THREE CUBBY BEDROOMS EACH WITH TWO TWIN BEDS. THERE ARE ALSO TWO FULL BATHS ON THIS LEVEL.

THE UNDERNEATH AREA OF THIS HOME IS COMPLETELY OPEN CREATING A WONDERFUL SPACE FOR SMALL EVENTS OR SPACE FOR PARKING A DOZEN CARS. THE PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF THE HOME IS COMPLETED WITH PAVERS AND OFFERS PARKING FOR ANOTHER DOZEN CARS. THE BEACH IS DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET AND WITH TWO VACANT LOTS ACROSS FROM THE HOME IT CURRENTLY HAS UNOBSTRUCTED GULF VIEWS. THERE ARE COVERED DECKS ON BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE HOME CREATING AN IDEAL SPACE FOR MORNING COFFEE OR AFTERNOON COCKTAILS.
