Property Description

San Souci unit 703 is a wonderful Gulf front three-bedroom, two-bath condo located just steps from the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. This condo is located on the top floor directly across the street from a convenience store as well popular local restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's.

Condo comes with FREE beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) on the beach right behind Sans Souci! (available March 1 - October 31).

Spend your time lounging around the pool or sunning on the over-sized Gulf facing deck. The master suite offers a king bed and private bath. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a hall bath with the living area. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and upgraded appliances. The washer and dryer are located just off of the kitchen. The living area is located Gulf front and the 7th floor location offers amazing views of the white sand beach and emerald green water. All bedrooms have newly installed Smart TV's! Complimentary WiFi. Enjoy Sans Souci's large, gulf front pool, hot tub and outdoor grills too.

Vacationing is simple at Sans Souci as it is just minutes from local shopping, dining and entertainment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sans Souci condominiums premises, including unit balconies, pool area and parking areas.
