NEW ON OUR RENTAL PROGRAM! This beautiful 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhouse on Sabine Bay offers relaxing and luxurious stays.

This lovely townhome has a garage so you can park in tandem out of the summer sun! The owner has graciously left kayaks, paddleboards and bikes for guests use too. Travel between floors with ease in the elevator. Upstairs is the first floor living area where the fun begins. The gorgeous updated kitchen has solid surface counter tops, tiled backsplash, LED lighting and of course all the appliances you will need to cook your favorite meals. The TV is extra large and when you're not watching your favorite TV shows you can step out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy views of Sabine Bay and share a drink with family and friends.

The second level hosts two bedrooms each with a private bath. The primary bathroom has a great walk-in shower with a rain shower faucet to wash away todays sea salt and suntan lotion.

The gulf is a quick hop across the two lane road to a boardwalk making easy beach access for any age.

This upscale townhome is within walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's seafood restaurant which is a locals favorite. There is plenty to do on Pensacola Beach and lots of enjoyable places to visit so make your plans now for wonderful memories to come.
