Every inch of this 3 story, beachfront masterpiece has been meticulously curated, from custom Moroccan tile to hand-selected art and custom-built white oak cabinets, to postcard views creating not just a vacation home, but a true destination.

This brand-new Gulf front estate on Pensacola Beach is designed for unforgettable gatherings, offering eight beautifully appointed bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, each with its own private ensuite, comfortably accommodating up to twenty-four guests.

Spanning three levels and serviced by a private elevator, the home blends refined design with effortless comfort, all framed by breathtaking views of the Gulf.

At the heart of the home is a spectacular chef’s kitchen featuring a 48-inch Sub Zero refrigerator, a 48-inch Wolf range and oven, a spacious 48-inch sink with dual faucets, and two dishwashers to make entertaining seamless. A gourmet coffee bar and separate wet bar with sink, beverage refrigerator, and ice machine ensure refreshments are always within reach. Just steps away, a walk-in pantry with a second refrigerator and freezer provides plenty of room for overflow storage. The dining space is equally impressive with a 12-seat dining table, additional seating around the oversized island, and banquette style seating in the adjacent den.

The main living spaces are designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring Sonos sound throughout the main level and pool deck, Smart TVs in every bedroom, and impressive 72-inch televisions in both dens. The top floor lounge offers a fun retreat with sweeping bay views, a coffee bar, drink refrigerator, games galore, and a 72-inch television.

The luxurious primary suite offers a serene escape with a Gulf view soaking tub, walk-in shower, makeup vanity, and dual sink oak vanities. Heated limestone floors and stunning Zellige tile enhance the elegance of both main level bedrooms.

On the third floor, two Gulf view master suites feature private balconies overlooking the water. Two Double Queen suites provide large closets and private ensuite baths with Gulf views, while the bunk room with two Queen beds and two Twin beds is perfect for kids or teens. An additional bedroom offers a King bed with a spacious closet and a built-in vanity/desk. With every shower throughout the home, a bench and handheld showerhead are included. Two laundry rooms are also available. One is located on the main level and one upstairs for added extra convenience.

Outdoor living is nothing short of spectacular. A 70-foot Gulf facing deck showcases a heated private pool with sun pad, along with panoramic Gulf views. The expansive deck includes a dining table, chaise lounges, and comfortable lounge seating, while the outdoor kitchen features a 32-inch grill, refrigerator, sink, television, and Sonos sound system for the ultimate poolside experience. Direct beach access is just steps away via the dune walkover located only 50 feet from the home. From the deck and balconies, you will enjoy sweeping views of the Pensacola Beach Pier and the unforgettable flyovers of the famous Blue Angels.

The home also includes thoughtful amenities beneath the house with a finished area featuring two EV chargers, two private outdoor showers, beach storage. Parking is available for up to eight vehicles between the covered area and driveway.
