Property Description

Phoenix Gulf Shores 1704



See truly amazing views. Phoenix Gulf Shores 1704 is an east corner unit directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Through the side wall of floor-to-ceiling windows you see all the way down the beach to the east. See the amazing sunrise in the morning, the beach and water all day long, and the lights of "metropolitan" Gulf Shores after dark. It's impressive.



By design, PGS 1704 is rented sparingly. It typically requires a minimum 6-night stay in an effort to limit turnover and, thus, wear and tear. In all of 2025, it was rented only 89 nights by a total of 12 rental parties. That's over seven nights per stay AVERAGE. Owners visit regularly to see to cleaning, maintenance, and upgrades. Already in 2026, the original door knobs have been replaced by easy-to-use lever door handles, and the king bed in the second bedroom received a new box spring. PGS 1704 is truly a quality unit.



At almost 2,000 sq ft, there is plenty of room for your family, or your getaway with friends. Unit 1704 offers four bedrooms, three full baths, and NO carpet. It offers a keyless entry door lock for convenience, and full-size appliances, including washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 48" TV. The second bedroom has a king bed and a 40" TV. The other two bedrooms each contain two queen beds and a 40" TV. With two king beds and four queens, PGS 1704 sleeps 12 in all.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

It is a smaller overall complex than some of the other Phoenix locations which can be a plus because there are less people. Location is good. Small grocery located across the street which is good for those items you forget. Amazing!! April 2021 Recent Guest, Pickerington, OH US Completely amazing! Clean, modern, relatively well kept (oven, dryer, fridge needed fixing). But amazing views! All the staff were wonderful! Security so nice! The kids loved it too! To all those worried about kids and security, they were fine! If your kids follow basic safety rules there won’t be a problem! Fantastic beach! Only small complaint, manager emailed during stay but didn’t respond to anything during this time even though he ( Michael roberts) said he could be reached by email or phone. Thankfully there was nothing too major we couldn’t figure out. Vacation March 2021 Tracy S., Hortonville, WI US Phoenix Gulf Shores was a beautiful awesome place! The only issue we had was a light flickering in 1 of the bathrooms in 1 condo and the other condo they had a problem with the ice maker in the refrig. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again.
