Come relax on the 14th floor balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master, with new mattress set installed fall of 2019. There are two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for occupancy up to 6. This unit has been upgraded to included new living room furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. A new washer and dryer installed fall of 2019. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
