Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room. With over 1,550 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, King bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 6.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This condo is beautiful! My family and I loved being right on the beach and within driving distance of anything else we wanted to do. Our only problem was we could not sleep. The bedrooms are located at the front as you entire from the outdoor hallway. The hallway has bright lights that do not turn off or dim at night. The bedrooms are so bright with only a sheer curtain. Every other unit on the floor has thick blinds that close. My husband had to get blankets out of both closets and hang them over the curtains so that we could all sleep. I would recommend contacting the property to make sure blackout curtains have been added before booking. This is the only thing stopping us from ever staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo!! It was equipped with everything we needed and was in a great location close to restaurants (across the street from City Donut!!) and shopping. The kids spent so much time enjoying the lazy river and both pools! All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly!! We will definitely be booking again through Phoenix Rentals!!
