Come relax in this newly renovated Phoenix VI 2br Beachfront Beauty! This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new cabinetry in the kitchen. There are two queen beds in the master with a tile walk in shower, a King bed in the Guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 8.



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing. FREE EV charging stations!



FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL UNITS AT PHOENIX VI



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Nice location and decent furniture. Great overall look and decor but had hair in the bed and on sofa. Sand was left in shower and on living room floor. Loved the modern look and location. Wish we had a screen on the patio to leave sliding door open minus the lizards
