Property Description

The upstairs great room is designed to take in the forest views or relax in front of the gas fireplace on a snowy day. Where Eagles Fly was designed for family relaxation, a peaceful place to gather and to enjoy gorgeous Lake Tahoe.
The upstairs level features the spacious living area, dining area with a table that seats 8, and gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances.
There is plenty of room for the family to relax and cook a feast after a day exploring Lake Tahoe, swimming at the beach in the summer or skiing and playing in the snow in the winter.

Additionally the upstairs level features a spacious deck, overlooking the forest, a 1/2 bath, laundry and over sized primary suite. This suite has a king sized bed and the bathroom includes a separate soaking tub, shower and dual sinks.
The lower level includes a family room with tv, comfortable couch and a bumper pool table (converts to a card or game table). The lower level has two bedroom one with a queen bed, the third bedroom has a bunk bed that is a double/double. The second full bath is on this level.

The sliding door off the family room leads to the hot tub, soak away your cares after a day of hiking or skiing. El Dorado County rules forbid hot tub use between 10:00pm-8:00am.
