This 2 bedroom condo is perfect for the small family or two couples who are looking to get away and relax and enjoy Lake Tahoe. The homeowner has done a complete make over on this unit.
Updated furniture, TVs, appliances, decorations and more. The living room is enhanced by cozy leather seating, flat screen TV, plus a gas stove to keep you warm on Tahoe's snowy nights. The main floor features the living area, dining area that seats 4, kitchen with gas cook top and a half-bath & laundry.

Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms and a full bath. The first room features a king bed and the second room features a queen bed and a twin bunk bed (perfect for the kids). Each bedroom has a flat panel TV. All three TVs in the unit are equipped with Roku and FireTV devices.

Each TV has access to Spectrum TV Stream for local/network stations with 30+ channels/services available. Through our account(s), there is access to numerous premium content including (but not limited to) Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Showtime, and our VUDU library. In addition, the unit has two Blu-Ray/DVD players and two XBox360s. Using the apps on the Blu-Ray/DVD players, you can log into your own content account and make content purchases/rentals (this will be on your account).

There is one designated covered parking space, fits small to medium cars, over sized vehicles would have to park in guest parking.
Home does not have air conditioning.
