Property Description
This lovely three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the oceanfront Shipwatch Townhomes II community in North Topsail Beach. This unit has five large decks. Three are on the oceanside and two are on the Intracoastal Waterway. It is freshly painted in bright, beachy colors to enhance your mood and get you in vacation mode. On the first living floor, you will find two large, nicely furnished bedrooms. There is a full bathroom on this level for the two bedrooms. The ocean and pool are visible from the first bedroom, which has access to an expansive covered deck with comfortable seating. The second bedroom faces the Intracoastal and has access to the deck on this side of the townhouse. On this level, you will also find a full-size washer and dryer. The beautiful hardwood flooring is immediately noticeable as you ascend to the second floor. It extends throughout the dining room, living room and kitchen. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, and a queen sleeper couch to accommodate additional guests. WiFi and TVs are available in both the living room, as well as the master bedroom. The living room has a large deck that offers comfortable seating to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The dining area is spacious, and there are additional seats at the kitchen counter. On the sound/ICW level, you will find an extremely large kitchen that can accommodate multiple cooks at once. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals. The kitchen has a pantry, which provides extra space for food storage. You will find a large deck just off the kitchen. This is a great place to watch the spectacular Topsail Island Sunsets. A half bath is also located just off the kitchen. The entire third floor is dedicated to the Master Suite, which includes a private balcony that offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the pool. The master bathroom is large and has double vanities, a tub/shower combo and double vanities. This level has a large closet with plenty of storage. The top level has a separate air conditioner, which provides extra comfort on summer nights. The unit can comfortably sleep eight people with two queens, one double and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Shipwatch Townhomes II includes an oceanfront swimming-pool. There are NO tennis courts. Please plan your trip accordingly.
