The home has a beach access just steps away and a shared waterfront dock and fishing platform to the rear. This home's owner has chosen bright interior colors that will instantly put you in a vacation mood and provide a sense of relaxation for your much-needed time away. You will find plenty of parking on the driveway and covered parking under the house as you approach the property. You can access the home from underneath, which makes it convenient for bringing in your groceries and other supplies on a rainy day. You will also find hot and cold water in the shower, while the charcoal grill can be found in the back yard. You can have a great day fishing, crabbing, or kayaking by walking out of the house. The board walk will take you to the rear yard where you'll find a fishing dock and a fishing pier (kayaks not included). The dry weather entry will take you into the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with high quality cookware, Stoneware china, and a wide selection of glasses and coffee cups. The kitchen includes a built-in microwave, blender, toaster, and toaster. There are plenty of storage areas and cabinets for your weekly groceries and other supplies. The kitchen is connected to a living and dining area that opens onto the beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The large dining table can seat 8 people, while 4 other people can sit comfortably at the kitchen's bar. There is a large table on a rear deck that can seat 6 and there is also a small table in the living room. The living area, as well as the kitchen area and dining area, have stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear of the home. The living room has a queen-size sofa and a loveseat. It is equipped with a flat screen Smart TV and Blue Ray DVD (cable included). WiFi is available throughout the house. Through glass slider doors, the living area has direct access to the rear deck. The rear deck has very comfortable seating. This deck is a great place to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. This deck also gives you access to the waterfront dock area and fishing pier. This floor also has a large bedroom that can comfortably sleep 6 people. It is located on the Oceanside side. This bedroom has direct access to the Oceanside deck, where you can enjoy outdoor seating. This room has a flat-screen TV with Blue Ray DVD (no cables). It is a Smart TV with HDMI port and can be connected to a gaming console. This is a great place for the children to enjoy. You will also find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a washer/dryer on the same floor. You will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds as you climb to the top floor. There is also a shared bathroom. The bathroom features a combination tub-shower combination. Through slider doors, the Oceanside bedroom has direct access to the Oceanside balcony. This balcony offers great views of the Ocean as well as comfortable seating. The bedroom features a large flat-screen TV that is mounted to the wall. Cable and DVD are also provided. The third bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, is located on the sound side. It shares a full bathroom. This bedroom also features a large flat-screen Smart TV mounted to the wall and Blue Ray DVD.
