You will find plenty of parking on the driveway and covered parking under the property as you approach the property. You can access the home from underneath, which is very convenient for bringing your groceries and other supplies in the rainy days.
The bad weather entry will take you to the first-floor kitchen. The large kitchen has everything you need for basic meal preparations, as well as all the necessary major and minor appliances. The major appliances include a stainless fridge with ice-maker, smooth top range and oven combination, as well as a dishwasher. Through sliding glass doors, the living area has direct access to the rear deck. The rear deck includes a picnic table, two bar-height chairs and a bar-height pub table. This deck is great for enjoying evening meals and watching the sunsets over the Waterway. This deck also gives you access to the waterfront dock and fishing area. This room has direct access to the private, oceanside deck with bench seating. This bedroom can comfortably sleep 6 people and is a great spot for the kids to relax and watch movies or play games on the Smart TV.
You will also find a full bathroom with a tub and a shower combination on the same floor as a washer/dryer.
You will find two bedrooms with queen beds as you climb to the top floor. The bathroom features a tub-shower combination and a double vanity. The sound side bedroom (bedroom 2) has a queen-sized bed, several end tables, lamps and a dresser. It also includes a closet and ceiling fan. This room also has a Vizio SmartTV (no cable).
The master bedroom (bedroom 1) is located on the oceanside. It has a queen-sized bed, several end tables, lamps and chest of drawers. There is also a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and a flatscreen Smart TV with no cable. This bedroom has direct access to the private oceanside deck with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. You will find here seating to enjoy the early morning sunrises.
Dogs are only allowed with a $175.00 non-refundable pet fee. Only two housebroken dogs are allowed. No puppies. TENANTS ARE REQUIRED to CLEAN ALL PET WASTE OUT OF THE YARD.
