This level's sound side bedroom is great for kids, but it can also be used by adults. It has a bunk bed and a trundle which opens from the bottom of the floor. The room also has a TV and a DVD player for the children to use in their private areas. The room has a nautical theme and lots of decorative items are displayed along the upper shelves. They also border the entire room. The room also features a large private balcony with seating, located just off the bedroom.
You will reach the main living area on the second floor, which includes a living room, kitchen, and half-bath. This room's ceiling has large, exposed wooden beams. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals. You will find a second balcony just off the kitchen on sound side of the property. This is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee before heading out to the beach. The kitchen also has a half-bath.
As you ascend the stairs to the top floor, you will find the master bedroom which is fit for royalty. This entire top level is reserved for the master suite only. When you enter this large bedroom, the first thing you'll notice is the exotic wood-framed accent ceiling. It is unlike any other. It was designed and built by a local craftsman who is very detail-oriented. It is truly unique and a true showpiece.
