This well-appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom direct oceanfront townhome is sure to make for a memorable beach vacation. Each of the three balconies overlooks the ocean. The two lower balconies provide easy access to the beach. The garage is the main entrance to the home. This can be very useful on a rainy day. One full-size vehicle can be stored in the garage, with enough space outside for two additional vehicles. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage's enclosed laundry area. The garage has direct access to the ocean side patio. From there, you can access the beach directly or to the balconies at the oceanfront. You can access the first level via the carpeted staircase once you have left the garage. This level contains two large bedrooms and a full bathroom between them. The ocean side bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a large closet, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. This bedroom has a private balcony with seating right outside the sliding glass doors. This level's sound side bedroom is great for kids, but it can also be used by adults. It has a bunk bed and a trundle which opens from the bottom of the floor. The room also has a TV and a DVD player for the children to use in their private areas. The room has a nautical theme and lots of decorative items are displayed along the upper shelves. They also border the entire room. The room also features a large private balcony with seating, located just off the bedroom. You will reach the main living area on the second floor, which includes a living room, kitchen, and half-bath. This room's ceiling has large, exposed wooden beams. It is also accented by a large, decorative ceiling fan with leaf-shaped blades. Chair railings are found around the living room's perimeter to match the ceiling beams. A large flat-screen TV with a 55 inch screen and a DVD are available for your entertainment. WiFi is available throughout the property as well as on the balconies. The living area opens directly onto a large, spacious balcony with plenty of seating. You can also access the beach and main boardwalk from this balcony. This location is simply breathtaking! The living room has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, built in microwave, range and oven combination, double-door refrigerator with water and Ice through the door, and all the small appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee pot. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals. You will find a second balcony just off the kitchen on sound side of the property. This is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee before heading out to the beach. The kitchen also has a half-bath. As you ascend the stairs to the top floor, you will find the master bedroom which is fit for royalty. This entire top level is reserved for the master suite only. When you enter this large bedroom, the first thing you'll notice is the exotic wood-framed accent ceiling. It is unlike any other. It was designed and built by a local craftsman who is very detail-oriented. It is truly unique and a true showpiece. As a centerpiece, the unique ceiling is accented by another of the ceiling fans in decorative leaf shapes. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, TV with DVD, electric fireplace (looks just like the real thing), large jetted Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. This closet has special built-in shoe storage, wooden shelving, and built-in hangers. The closet is separated from the master bath by double pocket doors. It also has convenient on/off lighting. There is more storage available if this is not enough. You will find large cabinets with built-in shelves on either side of the master bathroom vanity. These cabinets can be used to store all your toiletries. You will find another storage closet in your master suite that can hold all your extra suitcases, as well as an ironing board hidden in the wall. Last but not least, the master bedroom has a large oceanfront balcony with seating. Again, the views from this level are simply breathtaking. This master suite is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. This home offers many conveniences and amenities, as well as stunning views. It is a place that will not be forgotten.
