Property Description
Recently renovated for 2021 rental season. New photos just posted on April 26, 2021.
This lovely waterfront home is a boater’s delight complete with private boat ramp, boat docking and endless views of the canals and out to the Intracoastal Waterway. This home is only a few short steps to the beach and has expansive ocean and ICW views.
The recent 2021 renovation included all new paint throughout, new flooring throughout, new living room furniture, new headboards for all beds, new bedding, all new wall art throughout, new TV’s throughout, new electric accent fireplace, deck furniture, deck railing and other decorative items.
This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths and is equipped with 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twins and a queen sleeper sofa all designed to sleep 10 comfortably.
The first level houses the main living room, kitchen, dining, twin bedroom, full bath and a laundry room.
The living room has been transformed into a beach themed area designed for comfort to enhance family gatherings. Here you will find warm tone beach colors designed to transform your mind, body and soul into the vacation mode. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, comfortable arm chairs, a secondary sofa, various end tables, lamps, coffee table, electric fireplace, large flat screen TV, ceiling fan and wall art. Adjacent to the living room is the open dining area with seating for 6 at the main dining table and 4 others at a pub table. Just off the dining area is the rear covered porch facing the canal and dock area. Here you will find comfortable seating and extra dining space (picnic table) for those that choose to have their meals outside while enjoying the great ocean and canal views.
The kitchen is very spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations. Here you will find a large refrigerator, smooth top range/oven combination, microwave and dishwasher, coffee pot, blender as well as all the necessary cooking utensils, plates, pots/pans and glassware.
The first level bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds, various dressers, lamps and wall art, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with tub and shower combination.
Just across the hallway you will find a laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer.
As you ascend to the second living level you will find 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, seating areas, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, large private bath with tub and shower combination. The bedroom is on the ocean side of the home and has great views of the ocean as well as the canal and dock area.
On the street side of this top level, you will find another large bedroom (queen) that is equipped with a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, various dressers, nights stands/lamps, wall art and this room provides direct access out to a private balcony that has outstanding ocean views. This bedroom has a shared bath and is equipped with a large walk-in shower.
On the canal side of this home is another large bedroom (queen) and it faces the canal and dock area. It is equipped with a flat screenTV, ceiling fan, various dressers, night stands and lamps. This bedroom has a shared bath with the other queen bedroom and is equipped with a large walk-in shower.
This home has several outside porches which provide great views from different vantage points of the ocean as well as the canal and dock area. It’s very convenient to the beach with only a short walk just one lot away. The boat ramp is private and provides easy access to drop your boat into the water. The dock is convenient as well and allows you to keep your boat in the water during your entire stay.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.
Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
