This beautiful beach home is a reverse floor plan. Enjoy stunning views of the ocean as well as the sound. Village of Stump Sound is a top-rated beach community on Topsail Island. It offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a small boat launch. The beach is just steps away so you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes as well as the warm waters. You can enjoy your coffee on the large deck while you watch the sunrise over the ocean or relax on the back deck as the sun sets. The second floor features an open floor plan that includes two large living areas, two dining areas, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The space is large enough to relax, listen to music, read, or simply watch television. The main living area includes a 50-inch widescreen HDTV with Bluray player, Denon receiver (with Bluetooth and USB and internet radio), and speakers both inside and out. A dry bar is available with a mini-fridge for entertaining. Enjoy the smart TV with a 40 inch screen in the second living area. These two separate living areas allow for adults and children to enjoy their own activities while being together. This level also has a convenient half-bath. Only bedrooms and laundry are available on the first floor. This level can sleep thirteen guests and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and laundry. Two master suites have king beds and separate bathrooms. One master bathroom has a tub-and-shower combination, while the other has large walk in showers. The rear master includes a porch with comfortable seating that can be used for a morning cup of coffee. Both master suites come with HDTV's. One has a SMART TV, the other has a DVD player. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are furnished with queen beds, HDTV's, and a Jack & Jill bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The fifth bedroom has two sets bunk beds: a twin-over-full (pyramid) and a twin-over-twin. This room can sleep five and is a great place for the children. Even during peak summer months, the beach is never crowded. The quiet cul de sac setting is a delight for parents and children. A fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water makes it easy to clean up after a day at beach. A gas grill is available on-site, as well as a storage bin that holds boogie boards or floats. A highly rated golf course is located nearby. You will find a variety of restaurants including family-style and gourmet, as well as grocery stores, delis and bait & tackle shops, clothing and beach shops nearby. The bedding includes 2 kings, 2 queens and 1 twin bunk bed (2 twins), a pyramid bunk bed (twin full) and a queen sleeper couch.
