Property Description

This beautiful property is now available for rent in our 2021 season. The home is located on the oceanfront. It is currently undergoing renovations and upgrades. New photos and a virtual tour of the property will be available in mid-March. It is located on an Oceanfront B Lot.
This home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It can sleep 14 people with 2 kings, 1 queen, and 4 sets each of twin bunks. Two large decks with ocean views are available from the private walkway. One of the decks has a hot bathtub and an outdoor shower that provides hot and cold water to rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach.
Ground level: This home offers covered parking for up to 4 cars, depending on the vehicle's size. There is additional parking for up to three more cars. The home has a bad-weather entry that can be accessed via the covered parking area. This makes it easy to bring your weekly groceries and other supplies in the rainy season.
A short flight of stairs leads to the private beach access at the ground level.
Mid-level entrance: This is the front (street side) of the house. It has a mid level entry with a small porch facing the street/sound side. This will allow you to enter the first level of the home.
First level: You can use either the mid-level or bad weather entrance to get to the first floor. It contains 4 large bedrooms with full baths, a washer/dryer and an oceanfront deck with a large hot tub facing the ocean. This deck is covered and has two staircases. One leads to the second-level deck, and the other leads to the ground and direct to the beach. To reach the beach, simply walk down to the private boardwalk which leads to the white sandy beaches at Topsail Island.
Bedroom 5: This is the bedroom that faces the street (northward facing). It is the first room you see when you reach this level. This room has two sets of twin beds (sleeps 4), and a private bathroom with a shower. This room has a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall, as well as a ceiling fan and night stand, a dresser, and wall art. This room would be great for the kids to relax and watch their favorite movies.
Bedroom 4: This bedroom is located across from the hallway on the street side (southfacing). This bedroom also has two sets of twin beds (sleeps 4), and its own bathroom with a shower. This room has a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall, as well as a night stand, dresser, and ceiling fan. This room would be great for kids to hang out.
Bedroom 3: This bedroom is on the south-facing side of the house, at the oceanfront. This bedroom features a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and various night stands. It also has a dresser and a private bathroom with shower. Great ocean views!

Bedroom 2; This bedroom is located on an oceanfront side (north facing). This bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, various night stands, dresser, and a private bathroom with shower. Great ocean views!

A laundry room is located between Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 on the oceanfront end of the home. It has a full-size washer & dryer. The laundry room is centrally located so that you can access the oceanfront deck, where you'll find a Hot Tub as well as access to the ocean.
Second Level: This is the top level and contains the kitchen, dining area. Living room, half bath, master suite, and master bath. This level also has a large oceanfront deck that can be accessed from the living room. This deck features a large number of high-quality resin captain's chairs that can be used to relax and watch the dolphins as you walk along the shoreline beyond the breakers. This location offers some of the most spectacular views Topsail Island has.
Living room: This large room features high-vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows and a wall that showcases the sparkling Atlantic Ocean outside. You will find a large flat-screen TV with cable, a large sofa and love chair with ottomans and other comfortable chairs. Everyone can relax after a long day at sea with plenty of space. This is a great place to spend time with family and friends. A convenient half-bath is located just off the living area and kitchen.
Kitchen: This large kitchen can accommodate several cooks at once. It includes everything you need to prepare basic meals as well as all the necessary major and small countertop appliances. Major appliances include a double-door refrigerator, smooth top range/oven combo, dishwasher, and a built in microwave. A coffee pot, toaster, and blender are some of the small countertop appliances. Beautiful cabinetry is topped with granite countertops and provides ample counter space. A large center island can double as an additional dining space and work space.
Dining Area: The dining area is located adjacent to the living room and adjoining to the kitchen. It can seat 8 people at the table. Additional seating is available at the island bar of the kitchen.
Bedroom 1 - Master: This master suite is located right off the living room. This large room has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. It also includes a dresser, wall art, nightstands, lamps, and a dresser. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in glass shower, as well as two vanities.
Hot Tubs are available all year with an $80.00 activation charge during the Price Break or Getaway Seasons.
Pets are permitted with a $500.00 non-refundable pet fee and a $300.00 pet damage deposit. Limit 2 pets.
