This lovely direct oceanfront home is located along a highly desired section of North Topsail Beach. It has a great dune system and high elevations which provide maximum views. The large, manicured lot offers plenty of space for outdoor activities. This home was never rented until 2023, as it has been used as a private retreat for several years. The house has 6 large bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and additional sleeping quarters to accommodate 17 guests. The bedding setup includes: 2 kings and 3 queens. There are also 2 twins. One pyramid bunk bed (twins over fulls) is also included. A queen sleeper couch is also included. Endless Summer is an incredibly unique Topsail Island Vacation Home that offers two kitchens and three separate living areas. This home is perfect for large family gatherings and has plenty of entertainment space. You will find a large kitchen, dining room, oceanfront living space, and a separate soundside living space (sunset area) as you enter the house from the main level (level 2). There is also a separate pantry for food and a 1/2 bath. This level also includes a large bedroom, with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. The main living area is located on the oceanfront of the house. It is equipped with a large sectional couch, comfortable chairs, including a recliner and ottoman, end tables, lamps, and an entertainment center that includes a large flatscreen television. This side of the house has a wall of windows that showcases the stunning Atlantic Ocean just outside your front door. This room has direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. This level has a secondary living room, or sunset room. It is located at the rear of the home and offers some of Topsail's best sunset views. This room has 2 large sofas, two arm chairs, lamps, end tables, a coffee table, and curio cabinets. This room also has a large flatscreen mounted on the wall. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need to prepare basic meals. The center island bar has a prep sink, and there is extra seating for eight guests. Major appliances include a large refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a range/oven combination and a dishwashing machine. The countertop appliances are a coffee pot, blender, toaster, and microwave. The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen, and looks directly out at the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. The dining table can comfortably seat 10 people. The dining area is open from the living room and kitchen, which makes it ideal for family gatherings. The bedroom is a king master with a private bath and direct access to the oceanfront deck. You will find three additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with its own private bathroom. The south side of the house (oceanfront), has a king-size master bedroom with a private bathroom that includes a jacuzzi, and a walk in shower. One of the bedrooms features a queen-sized bed with a view of the ocean and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. We will now move to the basement level of the house. This area is a bonus area that includes a large living area, a kitchen and two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a laundry room. The living room on the ground floor is equipped with a large flatscreen television mounted on the wall, a ceiling fan, a sleeper couch, armchairs, end tables, and lamps. This room has direct access to the covered porch on the oceanside. This room has a sleeping area adjacent to it with a twin over full pyramid bunk bed and a kitchen with seating. This level has two queen-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. This home has a two-car garage that can accommodate two medium-sized vehicles or one large vehicle. The outdoor shower has both hot and cold water.
