There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, so you and your family can make memories that will last forever. You will feel transported to a luxurious, coastal paradise as soon as you pull up the driveway.
Ground Floor: This floor offers garage space for 4 or 2 larger cars and parking for 2 vehicles outside. You will find the foyer leading to the staircase, the game room and the 4-stop elevator that will take you to each level of the home. The game room features a pool table as well as a 46-inch Smart TV. You can listen to your favorite music through the house's audio system or turn off the house speakers and watch internet or cable TV while you play pool.
First Floor: There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor, each with a full bath. The 2 "kid" bedrooms on the street have 2 sets each of pyramid bunks. These rooms can accommodate adults and/or young families because they have 2 double beds (bottom bunks) in each room. These rooms have 32 inch Smart TV's mounted on their walls. Each of the 2 bedrooms on the ocean side have king-sized beds and 40" Smart TV's mounted to the walls. Through sliding glass doors, these rooms have direct access to the lower deck. This large deck offers unobstructed views over the ocean and also features a 4-person hot tub, as well as speakers for the entire house audio system. This floor also offers laundry facilities with two extra-large sets of washers and dryers. It's easy to do laundry here. Enjoy your favorite music in all four bedrooms via the house's audio system. Or turn off the speakers and watch your Smart TV with internet access and cable. There is a stair landing just a few steps higher on the street side. A sliding glass door gives you access to a small balcony that overlooks the maritime forest and the sound.
Second Floor: This kitchen is for those who love cooking and entertaining! This kitchen is stunning with granite countertops, gray-bead-board cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Thermador 5-burner gas stovetop with a prep sink is located on one island. The pantry is adjacent to a Thermador double-wall oven, a built in microwave, and ample cabinet/counter space. A 29-inch TV is located next to the refrigerators. This TV is especially designed for the cook! This wall features more cabinets, counter space, and an icemaker! The kitchen sink, 2 dishwashers, and hidden trash bin are all located on a separate island/bar. This island has 4 counter-height barstools that can be used as stools for eating or hanging out.
The living and dining areas of the living and dining rooms are open and spacious. The large farmhouse dining table can seat 10 people (or more if you use the bench seating). The living room features a gas log fireplace, a 55-inch Smart TV, surround sound system and a Blue-ray/DVD Player. An iPod dock lets you listen to your music and favorite Pandora stations throughout the house, as well as on the decks through the whole house audio system. A wet bar is located just off the living area. It has a bar sink and a second icemaker. This level also contains a bedroom and a full bath, which can accommodate a queen-sized bed. This bathroom can also be used as a powder room in the main living space, and has a separate entrance from the main hallway.
The views from this deck are even better than those on the lower levels. This deck features a covered area of 10x12, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the shade. This deck will offer plenty of sun! This level also leads to a stair landing on street side, just a few more steps up. A sliding glass door gives you access to a small balcony that overlooks the maritime forest and the sound.
Third Floor: On the top floor, you will find 2 master suites with sitting areas that lead to the ocean-side deck high above dunes. This level offers a spectacular view! Each suite includes a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in its sitting area. Each suite has a 46 inch Smart TV mounted opposite the bed and a 32 inch ultra-thin Smart TV mounted in the sitting area. You can read or watch cable/internet TV in peace while enjoying the views from your porthole window. The whole house audio system plays music! You can adjust the volume or turn it off to suit your mood.
