Sound of Freedom was formerly Villa La Jolla, an elegant Topsail Island rental home. This beautiful oceanfront beach house has been completely renovated with many new features and items, including but not limited to a new glamour bath. All of this is available for the 2016 rental period. These upgrades have also included an elevator, which makes it easier to access the upper floors. Sound of Freedom is nestled in the gated, secluded and private enclave of Ocean Sound Village. It is away from the hustle of the main road. This estate beach home is so popular with vacationers because of its stunning panoramic views, professionally decorated interior, and attention to detail. This private home has 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Five of the rooms have ocean views, while the other two have views of Intracoastal Waterway. You can swim laps in your private pool or stroll along the Carolina coast, just steps away from the oceanfront decks. This spacious home features elegant yet casual designs, with light and bright colours to enhance your mood. The Great Room on the top floor, with its cathedral-style ceiling, is at the heart of this home. It commands an impressive view of Atlantic and opens out to a large terrace. You can watch your favorite DVD movies on the large screen home theater, or listen to your favorite jazz musicians with surround sound speakers. Enjoy the sunrises in the upper level master suite or the sunsets on the covered porch. In the gourmet stainless-steel kitchen with granite countertops and cherry cabinets, you can prepare delicious meals using the catch of the day. The large dining table can seat 14 people. Or, sort through your shell collection on the round craft table for five. The lower level has a family area with a complete multimedia system (X-Box 360 console, games and video library), boardgames and a sleeper couch for late-night movie sessions or a parent-free zone. There are multiple TVs in the house. A covered outdoor shower/changing area and an enclosed garage are also available. The pool is open from May to October. This home can comfortably accommodate 20 people. Sound of Freedom is a great choice for a North Topsail Beach Vacation Rental Home. Ocean Sound Village has restrictive covenants that prohibit parking anywhere but in garages and driveways. Towing is at the owner's expense. Please keep this in mind when making travel or reservation arrangements.
