This beautiful direct oceanfront Cape Cod style home is located in the very desirable and upscale community of Ocean Ridge in North Topsail Beach. Get ready for the ultimate beach vacation as this home has everything you need and much more. Here you will find plenty of room for your family and friends to make those lasting memories that will never be forgotten.

This home features 6 bedrooms with 5 full baths and 1 half bath and will sleep 15 comfortably. The sixth bedroom doubles as a sitting area and is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, desk, Xbox and TV.
Five of the bedrooms have their own private bath and all are equipped with TV’s and ceiling fans.

Ground Floor: The ground level has an enclosed garage with space for two vehicles and parking for 3 cars outside. You will enter the house either through the garage or through the main entrance door which directs you through the entrance foyer. The house is equipped with a bad weather entrance from the garage area. This is a great feature when bringing in your weekly supplies during bad weather.

First Floor: As you ascend the stairwell and enter this first floor area you will immediately become captivated by the magnificent view of the glistening Atlantic Ocean directly in front of you. This stunning view will quickly transform your body and soul into the vacation mode. You have arrived. This large oceanfront deck spans the complete width of the home and is equipped with Trex composite decking for no splintering. On this main living level deck you will find plenty of seating for enjoying those morning cups of coffee while watching the Porpoises as they troll down the shoreline in search of their morning meal. There is also a picnic table for those of you that enjoy having your meals outdoors. For your added enjoyment and relaxation, this oceanside deck is also equipped with a hot tub.

This first level is the heart of the home which includes the living area, kitchen and dining area. You will also find a bedroom with a queen bed and a full private bath and another bedroom which doubles as a sitting area and is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. This level also has a half bath in the hallway and access to a sound side balcony on street side and a large deck on the ocean side.

The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations, however, once you set your sights on it, you will consider it nothing less than glamorous. The major appliances include a large stainless refrigerator, range/oven, built-in microwave, 2 dishwashers, separate large icemaker, all accented with full cherry cabinetry, granite countertops and subway tile backsplash. For your added convenience there is an additional refrigerator located on the ground level foyer area. The small countertop kitchen appliances include a toaster, coffee pot, blender and waffle maker.

The dining area has ample seating for 15, with 8 at the main dining table, 4 at the smaller dining table and 3 at the granite island bar. There is also extra eating space at the picnic table just off the dining area out on the oceanfront deck.

The living area is an open floor plan style which adjoins the kitchen and dining area. It has plenty of comfortable seating for the entire family to enjoy sharing their time together. It is equipped with a large screen smart TV with Spectrum cable streaming available. There is an audio system where music of your choice can be played in select locations around the home. You will also find DVD players in several locations around the home as well.

Bedroom 6 - Just off the living area you will find a bedroom that doubles as an extra sitting area and is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa. This room has a ceiling fan, desk and TV.

Bedroom 5 - Directly behind the kitchen wall on the street side of the house you will find a bedroom that is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and a full private bath.

As you ascend upstairs (2nd living level) you will find four large bedrooms each with their own private bath. Two of the bedrooms that are located on the oceanside are both masters with king beds and both have direct access out to the oceanfront deck. You will also find a laundry room on this level which is equipped with a heavy duty- full size washer and dryer.

Bedroom 4 – This bedroom is located at the top of the stairs on the sound side of the house and is equipped with a single bunk bed (two twins) and a pyramid bunk bed (double on bottom and twin on top). It has a TV, ceiling fan and a full private bath. This room will sleep 5 comfortably and it’s a great place for the kids to hang out while playing their favorite video games or just watching movies.

Bedroom 3 – Directly across the hallway and also on the sound side of the house, this bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and its own private bath. Between bedrooms 3 & 4 just off the hallway there is a small sound side balcony.

Bedroom 2 – On the oceanfront side of the house and southern facing, you will find master bedroom 2. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV and its own private full bath. This bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will be able to enjoy some of the most magnificent views that Topsail Island has to offer.

Bedroom 1 – Just across the hallway from bedroom 2 and on the oceanfront side of the house with a northern exposure, you will find master bedroom 1. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV and its own private full bath. The bedroom also has direct access out to the oceanfront deck where you will be able to enjoy some of the most magnificent views that Topsail Island has to offer.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.
