The sixth bedroom can double as a sitting room and is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and desk, as well as an Xbox and TV. Five bedrooms feature a private bath, and all have ceiling fans and TVs. Ground Floor: This level includes an enclosed garage that can hold two vehicles and parking space for three cars outside. The garage is the only way to enter the house. You can also access the main entrance through the foyer. The garage area has a bad-weather entrance. This is a great feature for bringing your weekly supplies in bad weather. First Floor: As soon as you enter the first floor, you will be captivated by the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean right in front of your eyes. This breathtaking view will instantly transform your body and soul to vacation mode. You are now at the right place. This large deck overlooks the ocean and spans the entire width of the house. It is made with Trex composite decking that won't splinter. This deck is the main living level and offers plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the Porpoises scurry down the shoreline looking for their breakfast. For those who prefer to eat outside, there is a picnic table. This deck has a hot tub for added relaxation and enjoyment. This is the main level and includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bath is also on this level. Another bedroom, which doubles as a sitting room, is also available. Bedroom 2 - This bedroom is located on the southern facing side of the house, on the oceanfront. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, TV, and its own full bath.
