This gorgeous Cape Cod style home is located in Ocean Ridge, North Topsail Beach. This home is perfect for a relaxing vacation. This home has plenty of space for you and your friends to create lasting memories that will last a lifetime.
This home has 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths, and 1 half bathroom. It can sleep 15 comfortably. The sixth bedroom can double as a sitting room and is equipped with a queen-size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and desk, as well as an Xbox and TV. Five bedrooms feature a private bath, and all have ceiling fans and TVs.
Ground Floor: This level includes an enclosed garage that can hold two vehicles and parking space for three cars outside. The garage is the only way to enter the house. You can also access the main entrance through the foyer. The garage area has a bad-weather entrance. This is a great feature for bringing your weekly supplies in bad weather.
First Floor: As soon as you enter the first floor, you will be captivated by the stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean right in front of your eyes. This breathtaking view will instantly transform your body and soul to vacation mode. You are now at the right place. This large deck overlooks the ocean and spans the entire width of the house. It is made with Trex composite decking that won't splinter. This deck is the main living level and offers plenty of seating to enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the Porpoises scurry down the shoreline looking for their breakfast. For those who prefer to eat outside, there is a picnic table. This deck has a hot tub for added relaxation and enjoyment.
This is the main level and includes the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bath is also on this level. Another bedroom, which doubles as a sitting room, is also available. It has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a full bathroom. This level also features a half-bath in the hallway, access to a sound side balcony and large deck on the oceanside.
Although the kitchen has everything you need for basic meal preparations it will be a highlight of your home. Major appliances include a large stainless fridge, range/oven with built-in microwave, built-in dishwasher, 2 dishwashers, large icemaker. The kitchen is also accented by full cherry cabinets, granite countertops, and a subway tile backsplash. An additional refrigerator is located in the foyer on the ground floor. A toaster, coffee maker, blender, and waffle machine are some of the small countertop kitchen appliances.
There is ample seating for 15 in the dining room, including 8 at the main dining area, 4 at the smaller table, and 3 at granite island bar. You can also enjoy additional eating space at the picnic tables located just outside the dining area on the oceanfront deck.
The living room is open-plan and connects to the kitchen and dining area. The living area offers plenty of seating for the whole family to enjoy their time together. It has a large-screen smart TV with Spectrum streaming. You can play music from your device in selected areas of the home with an audio system. There are also DVD players available in many places around the house.
Bedroom 6 - Just off your living area, you'll find a bedroom which doubles as a sitting area and is equipped a queen sleeper couch. This room features a ceiling fan and a desk. It also has a TV, Xbox, and tv.
Bedroom 5 - This bedroom is located directly behind the kitchen wall on street side of the house and has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private bath.
You will find four large bedrooms with their own baths as you climb upstairs (2nd living floor). Two bedrooms on the oceanside have king beds and direct access to the oceanfront deck. This level also has a laundry area that is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
Bedroom 4 - This is the bedroom located at the top on the sound side. It has a single bunk bed (two Twins) and a pyramid bed (double on the bottom and twin on the top). It features a TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom. This room can sleep 5 people comfortably. It's also a great place to entertain the kids while they play video games or watch movies.
Bedroom 3 - Located across the hall and on the sound side, this bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and TV. It also has its own bathroom. A small sound side balcony is located between bedrooms 3 and 4, just off the hallway.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom is located on the southern facing side of the house, on the oceanfront. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, TV, and its own full bath. This bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck, where you can enjoy the most spectacular views Topsail Island has.
Master bedroom 1 - Located across the hall from bedroom 2, on the oceanfront side with a northern exposure, is bedroom 1. This bedroom has a king-sized bed, a ceiling fan, TV, and its own full bath. You will enjoy the best views from Topsail Island's oceanfront deck from your bedroom.
