Property Description
The oceanfront home features an elevator that takes you to the third floor bedroom level. The living room is beautifully decorated with all the trimmings. It has 2 sofas and an entertainment space. WiFi is available.
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals, including two large refrigerators. A high chair, a gate, a full-sized crib (that converts to a toddler bed), and a Pack N Play are all available for baby.
Upstairs, there is a second sitting area with an entertainment area as well as a stunning view of the ocean.
The master bedroom is located on the first floor and faces the ocean. It has a queen bed, a stained-glass window in the private bath, and a balcony. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a set with twin beds. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one with a king. A fifth bedroom has a king and a sixth bedroom has a pyramid (twin/double), rocking chair and room for a crib. Each bedroom has a balcony with spectacular views.
The ocean-front decks have direct sunlight and the lower deck has a hot tub. This is a great spot for moonlit evenings.
Follow the interior stairs up to the top, and you'll be in the tower sitting area. This room offers a stunning 360-degree view. It is a wonderful place to relax after a long day at the beach.
While you are vacationing at 102 N. Permuda Wynd, there is a pool and a clubhouse. This home is beautiful and offers something for everyone.
The Homeowners Association determines the dates for community pool opening and closing. These dates may vary from one year to another.
