Property Description

You will be greeted by a stunning view of your home as you approach the gravel driveway. It is set against a backdrop that includes other beautiful homes and a huge dune structure. There are two large carports and additional parking at the rear, giving plenty of space for multiple vehicles.
This 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath direct oceanfront home can comfortably sleep 16 guests. The bedding arrangement is as follows: 2 queens, 3 queens and 1 bunk bed. There is also a daybed with twin Trundle and a queen sleeper couch.
On the lower level, you will find a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and four bedrooms with their own baths. Three bedrooms on this level have queen-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with trundle and a separate daybed (sleeps four). Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV that can be connected to the internet and/or a BluRay player. Smart TV features allow you to access Netflix and other streaming channels. Two oceanfront bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead to the large hot tub on the oceanfront deck. Relax in the hot tub while the surf roars in the background.
You will enter the main living space as you ascend the stairs. The back wall is made up of sliding glass doors, which are a wall of glass that opens to the deck, and offers spectacular views of the ocean. The large kitchen offers plenty of space for entertaining, cooking and gathering. It contains everything you need to prepare basic meals, including all major and countertop appliances. Major appliances include a large refrigerator and dishwasher, a stove/oven combination microwave, and a wine fridge. A blender, toaster, and coffee pot are some of the small countertop appliances.
The living room features a large flatscreen TV with end tables and a coffee table, as well as wall art and ceiling fans. The main floor houses the home stereo system, which includes speakers that can be used throughout the house and even outside. WiFi is available throughout the property.
You will be greeted with a stunning view of the ocean as you climb to the third floor via the large central window. You might need to stop at the landing to take in the view. This level also includes two large master suites with king beds and large private baths. Both have a large walk in shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to their private balconies. These bedrooms include large smart TVs with cable and BluRay. The third floor is the highest point in the home.
You will find an enclosed outdoor shower with hot or cold water. This shower has been described as a fun and enjoyable addition to vacations by many of our guests.
Each deck offers beautiful views of the ocean and comfortable seating for a relaxing beach experience. Follow the walkways along the dunes to reach Topsail Island's beautiful beaches, which can be enjoyed in any season.
