The Sandy Coyote, a luxury vacation home on Topsail Island, is located in one of the most desirable and pristine parts of Topsail Island. The owners named their home "The Sandy Coyote", but the locals refer to it as "The Castle". This home is just steps away from the North Topsail Beach Park, which offers a variety of activities, including volleyball, basketball, and tennis. There are also a kid's playground, a soundside fishing pier, and restrooms on the oceanfront.
This home is a new construction that will be completed by the end of April 2023. The home has seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 22 people. The bedding is arranged as follows: 3 kings and 2 queens; pyramid bunk (twins over fulls); 2 standard bunks with twin trundles; daybed, and a queen sleeper couch.
This home is situated on a large waterfront lot that offers panoramic views in every direction. The ocean views from the front are breathtaking and the sunsets at the back are spectacular. The rooftop sundeck with Hot Tub offers the best views of Topsail Island. As far as the eye could see, you are surrounded in all directions by water. You will realize after one visit that you have made the right decision for your family vacation. It doesn't get better than this!
The landscaping will be tropically themed and lush in front and back, and flow around the perimeter of the heated inground pool. The driveway will have concrete paving and be designed to accommodate multiple vehicles, including some in the enclosed garage.
You will see a bad weather entrance off the garage when you enter the house from the ground floor. This is perfect for rainy days and bringing in groceries or luggage. You will find an elevator on the ground floor of the home that will take you to all the other floors. The task of bringing in groceries and supplies is no longer a hassle.
The home's ground floor will feature a game area with comfortable seating and game equipment, including foosball, a game table and a TV. There will also be accessed directly to the dock and pool area. Guests will have access to one enclosed garage. The enclosed outdoor shower has both hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach.
The private dock area allows for kayaks, paddleboards and small watercraft to dock (canoes/shallow-bottom boats etc). A fish cleaning station is also available with running water. Enjoy your favorite drink and watch the sun set along the soundside waters on Topsail Island. This is a sight you will never forget.
On the second floor (main living level), you will find a large living room/gathering space, a large kitchen with adjacent dining area, a half bath off the kitchen, and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom, also on this level, is equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (twin over a full). These two bedrooms share the same Jack and Jill bathroom.
The living/gathering area is located on sound side of the house and will include a sleeper couch, end tables, lamps, coffee table and fireplace (not to be used). Ceiling fans and a large TV with flatscreen are also included. The living area has a large deck that provides direct access to the rooftop hot tub and sundeck. The views are spectacular from the living area, but once you climb the few steps to the roof you will be amazed by the natural beauty.
The kitchen is spacious and has all the modern conveniences. When you return home your wives will start looking for a contractor to renovate the kitchen. Sorry! The kitchen will be equipped with the latest appliances, custom cabinetry, tiled backsplash, quartz countertops and custom lighting. The kitchen will have all the necessary major and countertop appliances for basic meal preparation. Major appliances include a large refrigerator, two dishwashers, a smooth top range, oven combo, range hood and microwave drawer. Also included are a large island with a prep basin and additional dining seating. The countertop appliances include a Keurig coffeemaker and a standard coffeemaker, blender and toaster.
The dining room is more than a simple dining area. The dining area is located next to a large glass window that looks directly out at the Intracoastal, pool and dock. This area offers some of the most spectacular views on Topsail Island. The burning sunsets will keep you at the table long after the meal has ended. The open floor plan makes it a great place to play family board games.
The top floor has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. There is also a laundry room with a full-size washing machine and dryer.
The grand master bedroom on this level has a king-sized bed and a large private bathroom. The bathroom has a large bathtub, a separate walk in shower and double vanities. This master bedroom also has direct access to a private balcony with comfortable seating where you can enjoy the sunsets. This balcony also provides access to the rooftop sundeck, hot tub and 3 additional access points.
The second bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed and a private bathroom.
The third bedroom on the top floor has a king-sized bed and a private bath, as well as a study with a daybed attached.
The fourth bedroom on the top floor has two sets twin bunk beds, with a single trundle under each. This room can sleep six people and has a private bathroom.
All bedrooms, the game room, and the living room have TVs.
You can access the rooftop sundeck, hot tub and oceanside porch from the foyer of the top floor.

The Hot Tub is available at no additional charge for the SPRING VALUE Season through the end of the LATE FALL VALUE Season. DURING ALL OTHER SEASONS, THERE IS A $80.00 ACTIVATION FEES.
The pool is not available from the 1st Saturday in November to the 1st Saturday in March. POOL HEATER IS INCLUDED ONLY IN THE MONTHS MARCH APRIL MAY AND OCTOBER. A $250.00 charge is applied for the use of the pool during March, APRIL MAY and October.
