The private beach access is located right in front of the house and connects to both levels with outdoor showers. You can access the beach from either the top-level deck of the lower-level one. This level has direct access to the top-level deck, where you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes while watching dolphins troll along the shoreline in search of their morning meal. The views from this level are breathtaking. The living room is spacious and has plenty of seating to enjoy family time. There are two sofas, arm chairs, a coffee table and end-tables.
