The deck is built for a crowd: four oversized picnic tables spread across the upper and lower levels, an outdoor gas fireplace on the upper level, a hot tub tucked underneath below. The Heart of the Home

The main level stays open so whoever is cooking stays in the conversation. The chef's kitchen handles the volume: two ovens, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a beverage fridge. The dining table seats 10 to 12; the breakfast bar behind it handles seven more. The living area is anchored by the stone fireplace with the TV mounted above it. The whole-house sound system carries from kitchen to deck.

Downstairs, the game room earns its space: a professional pool table, a multicade arcade, a game room bar, and a large Smart TV with its own seating area. Two different groups can occupy the house at the same time and neither has to compromise.
