This 8-bedroom, 5-bath home sits directly on the lakefront in the South Lake area, on the main drag where you can walk to the most popular restaurants and the hub of the lake's social life. Three stories, a private boat dock, a sun deck over the water, sandy shoreline, and a layout that puts the lake in front of you from almost every room.

The Heart of the Home

The open-concept main level brings the great room, dining, and chef's kitchen together with wood-paneled cathedral ceilings and walls of glass that frame Lake Harmony. A long theater-style sofa anchors the seating area for the late-afternoon lake-watching crowd. The dining area handles the group meal indoors; in summer, the lakefront deck takes the overflow for dinner with a view. Smart TVs throughout the home run Roku, so the morning news crowd, the cartoon crowd, and the late-night crowd can each settle in on their own terms.

A downstairs game room with a bar pulls the kids and the competitive crowd in: blackjack, poker table, foosball, pool table, and patio doors that open straight to the lakefront playground. Close the door, let the teenagers take over, and the parents upstairs can hear themselves think.
