The ground floor entertainment level is the social engine of the house. The custom bar with two beverage refrigerators anchors the space, with panoramic lake views through oversized windows and doors that open directly to the deck. The game area has a full-size shuffleboard table, foosball, a ring toss set, and a card table. Two en-suite queen bedrooms on this floor give guests who want ground-level access a private option.

The main level one floor up is the kitchen and living hub. A gas fireplace and large LED Smart TV anchor the living area. The chef's kitchen has granite countertops, a breakfast bar, ceramic cooktop, and full appliance suite. The dining table is positioned to make the most of the lake views. • Indoor backup plan: H2OOooh! Indoor Waterpark is a 4-minute drive (1.3 miles); 53,000 sq ft open year-round, the go-to when the weather does not cooperate.
• Ski or snowboard: Big Boulder Ski Resort is a 6-minute drive (2.2 miles); ski slopes are visible from the lake side in winter, close enough for a morning run and back by early afternoon.
• More mountain options: Jack Frost Ski Resort is about 18 minutes (11.8 miles); bigger vertical and more variety for the group that wants a full day on the mountain.
