Property Description

Grand Lodge sleeps 28 and was purpose-built for multi-generational families, life event groups, and reunions gathering near Split Rock. This 10-bedroom, 6-bath log home sits on an 8-acre wooded lot in the Split Rock Resort area, set back from the main road and steps from the resort amenities. Three stories, 9,800 square feet, an in-home elevator, two ensuite bedrooms on the main level, and a private indoor pool that turns weather into a non-issue. There is even an EV charger. 

The Heart of the Home

The main level is built around a grand great room with cathedral ceilings, log walls, and an elk horn chandelier. The chef's kitchen runs an open layout with brand-new stainless steel appliances and a granite island that seats 10. The dining area handles 12 at the table; in summer the deck takes the overflow for alfresco meals. A stone fireplace anchors the seating area for the evening crowd. Smart TVs throughout the home run Roku, so the morning news crowd, the cartoon crowd, and the late-night crowd can each settle in on their own terms.

A quiet den off the great room works as a reading spot or a step-away corner when the main floor gets loud, and a dedicated desk area handles any work that follows you on vacation. The in-home elevator runs between all three floors, which makes the home work for grandparents, anyone with limited mobility, and the inevitable luggage haul on arrival day.

Indoor Pool and Game Room

The lower level is the entertainment hub: a private indoor swimming pool, a full game room with foosball, darts, pool table, shuffleboard, multicade arcade, and a whole-house sound system.
