One of the best features of Casa Playa is the incredible outdoor space. Enjoy two decks for lounging and sunset views, plus a third deck that takes it to the next level. The 35-foot observation tower offers the most spectacular views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or end it with a sunset drink in hand. With approximately 900 square feet of deck space and furniture on every level, you&rsquo;ll have plenty of room to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.<br />
After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a relaxing evening at your home away from home.<br />

&bull; Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can&rsquo;t guarantee that you won&rsquo;t hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.<br />
&bull; Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.<br />
&bull; Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.<br />
