You don’t get any closer to the water than this! Pelican Crossing at Sunrise Sunset is a spacious end-unit, gulf front townhome located just past the rock wall on Cape San Blas. It is directly on the beautiful white sand beaches and just steps (and only a few) from the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There are breathtaking views of the Gulf and Bay from every room in the home. Being just across the street from St Joseph Bay, it is within walking distance to a public kayak ramp which opens up into the head of the Bay. There is a bike path across the street that extends the length of the peninsula.

By the way, the unit is perfectly named because one can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! New for 2016: The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and granite countertops! New dining room furniture, and best of all a full size washer and dryer has replaced the apartment sized units. Previous updates include: new living room furniture, deck furniture, and all bedding/mattresses! A garbage disposal and the kitchen stocked with all essentials needed. A 50” SMART HD TV is now featured in the main living area!

Floor Plan: Ground level - covered paved parking and seating to enjoy the views. 1st level – gulf front living room with 50” TV, DVD, books and a furnished screened porch; dining area, kitchen with bay views, ? bath and washer/dryer. 2nd level – full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 1 – queen bed, TV, gulf view and a private balcony with a bay view; Bedroom 2 – 2 twin beds, TV with built in DVD player and gulf view; Bedroom 3 – gulf front master suite with king bed, TV, open deck with master bath shower/tub combo.
